While the novelty of working with someone who sits on the Australian music landscape like Shannon Noll is cool, it’s somewhat bittersweet, as producer Craig Porteils left us too early with an aggressive illness.

Shannon was a pleasure to work with, and Craig was even better — an absolute legend. I miss him. Although he did blow up a few Yamaha NS10s… (I’d still change the tweeters for you!)

My favourite moment of the process was recording with Craig and Ash Makland — an amazing duo who knew how to have fun in the studio, which let that energy bleed into the music.
