I was told to look out for this awesome new band called Butter Knife, and so I reached out and started connecting with them.

However, what really took my interest was this incredible 4 piece band from Wollongong who seemed to somehow draw inspiration from yesteryear punk rock, whilst sounding 2026!

I love working with the Sooky La La’s — Great name, great work ethic and always a fun environment!

My favourite moment of the whole process was recording the gang vocals at the end of day two. The girls all jumped around a mic and it just felt like the perfect end to a huge weekend!
