You might know Phil Stack from Pop Rock band Thirsty Merc on bass, but he is an amazing songwriter and all round musician.

I loved this day of recording, I never knew how great Phil’s solo material was. My favourite of the bunch was Celebrate life with it’s broken riff piano and heavy, head nod groove.

My favourite moment of the process was setting Phil up and letting him lead the show. The results of this is the video! What a brilliant, slept on musician!
