Just as covid restrictions were lifting in 2022 Dylan and Matt came into the studio from a recommendation from a friend, and oh my, within seconds I knew I was in for a great weekend!

Dylan’s voice is really special, Matt’s guitar playing is dialled in and as a duo they write beautiful songs.

Dylan went on to win Australian Idol of 2024, but I’m thrilled to see he still maintains his duo, Sons of Atticus.

My favourite moment of the whole process was hearing Dylan’s voice on an AKG 414 singing the first song I recorded and produced: Sad Songs. Superb
